In addition to her work with WNN, she is the driving force behind Apollo Health Solutions, where she helps healthcare organizations navigate the complexities of recruitment, management, and policy development. She provides expert guidance in mentoring and coaching healthcare leaders, training staff, and ensuring organizational readiness for state surveys within the home care and home health settings. Her work strengthens healthcare teams, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
With an extensive background in human resources, marketing, and sales, she has successfully coached professionals across industries to develop strong leadership skills, optimize team performance, and cultivate a purpose-driven approach to business. She has played a key role in developing business networks and leadership programs, having served as a Board Member and Chairman for Women in Business in Darien, Illinois. Additionally, her leadership extends to organizing community initiatives such as the Shape Up Columbus fundraiser for the Central Ohio Diabetes Association and the Alzheimer’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s in North Central Ohio/Mansfield.
